Sara Benincasa is probably my favorite Palin impersonator. Yes, Tina Fey was good, and the skit was funny and smart, but Benincasa’s stream-of-consciousness ad-libbing makes me laugh like no other. More Palinesque than Palin-actual, the vlogs are somewhat topical. More than anything, she’s created a character that’s actually quite hilarious on its own merits.
