This is completely amazing. Palin repeats the Bridge to Nowhere lie again this morning.
The Republicans have gotten away with lying for so long that even after they get caught, they’ve continued to lie. I guess the idea is that most reasonable and fair-minded people will hear Palin and McCain tell the same false fact and start to question the media, not the politicians. Maybe, if you’re a low-info voter, and you hear the talking heads go from calling McCain “an honorable man” to calling his campaign sleazy, you’re more likely to believe the campaign, because they have stuck to their message (false or not) from day one.
