I think there was def some implicit racial messaging that the add brought across…the politics of fear/race is nothing new but it surprises me when ppl dont think it can exist b/c HRC is a woman… def think there were some racial undertones concerning who is included in when we think about the American polity and who is seen as best to bring about the safety…
