Does This Ad Work?

It seems like this is aimed to those folks who feel some kind of personal animus toward McCain. But those people weren’t voting for McCain anyway.

If you’re going this route, don’t you have to make sure that a McCain win would be a dangerous thing? All we have here is cheers and McCain’s annoying voice.

    I think this is aimed at people who are on the fence and those Obama supporters who may fool themselves into believing that ‘we got this’ and not go to the polls.

    If I’m right, I think the ad works. If you’re right, it doesn’t, no.

    L.H., I think you’re right. In the beginning, I kind of thought that they should show a fake newscast of some negative effect of a McCain policy. I’ve since decided that it’s actually aimed mostly at young Obama supporters, who are much less likely to turn out than older voters.
