    i LOVE it, from the acronym which may (or may not) have been chosen to recall the other famous CMB; to the silent ‘panther’, to the point that carolyn kept trying to make. i, too, have been shouted down (actually, by those who look like me) on this very point.

  • Man, this reminds me of college. I distinctly remember one white guy in one of my African Studies classes saying that he and his friends were trying to raise the political awareness of “the people” but they soon quickly realized they were just a bunch of white guys talking about change. I dont doubt his sincerity, I just always found that funny and this clip reminded of that.

    Brilliant! From mispronouncing her name to the Black Panther to the city reference … absolutely brilliant. I especially liked that a group which was created to address diversity issues would sooner invoke Dr. King that discuss immigration. This was art skewering life.
