We Major.

PB’s own Jamelle Bouie was named one of the 100 top black influencers you should know by The Root:

As a writing fellow for the American Prospect and the Nation, Bouie analyzes all things politics — from Romney’s foreign policy stance to mass unemployment to whatPresident Barack Obama’s “bounce” in the polls really means. And with his highly active Twitter feed,Bouie has proved that his is a strong, influential and necessary voice during the 2012 election season and beyond.

Jam-rock is No. 26 on the list, making him less influential than Kerry Washington, from whom all good things flow, but more influential than Will.i.am, who wears ridiculous boots. Sounds about right to us.

Congrats, homie!
