If you thought Obama wasn’t bringing about change fast enough the wheels will not just churn slower if the GOP makes gains this year, but they will most definitely take us backward. People are counting us not to vote, so for our collective sake please don’t do them any favors.
Not enough to point and laugh and at know-nothing crazy racists because they WILL be voting today… or pat ourselves on the back for going to a concert masquerading as a rally to Restore Sanity especially if those rally-goers don’t go to the polls with the same enthusiasm (how much you wanna bet I will be asked whether or not I went to Stewart/Colbert’s rally versus whether I went to vote today…).
Just PLEASE VOTE TODAY…especially if you voted for the first time in 2008 because mid-term joints are what will seal the deal with this new President of ours. You stood for something before don’t let your legs get tired this is only half time.
Now off to make more voter pressed phone calls arrrrgh, if you get one today don’t bang the phone on our ear man we don’t like calling you either but if we didn’t some people wouldn’t even visualize themselves making it to the polls…much love, so again vote
