seriously, i was ok with the video….until weezy. downhill from there.

  • dori

i didn’t know who most of those artists were…

  • ruemara

I don’t care who most of these “artists” are. And the song wasn’t that great to begin with.

Why are they using an autotune with Lil’ Wayne? He can’t sing so he should be on the song. Not to mention he’s a convicted felon.

And I guess we’re supposed to ignore the fact that Snoop promotes gangs and is a class a misogynist?

  • Val

Should be: He can’t sing so he SHOULDN’T be on the song. Not to mention he’s a convicted felon.

  • I enjoyed it. But I think this is about the only thing celebs are good for – put ’em to use to raise awareness, and not in a way that extends them beyond what their particular “talent” is.

  • My displeasure knows no bounds. Turrible. Just turrible.

  • LaJane Galt

Auto-tune got 3 turns at the mike, but no “face” time like that no-singing Pussycat gal. Did not know who half those folks were. Pink did a good job though.

  • Everything was wrong with that song. Everything.

    Also, Wyclef singing? Really?

    • keke

Wyclef is singing on the song?!!! Why lord, why???

I haven’t listened to this yet and I was going to give it a shot. But since you noted that Wyclef is singing I’m gonna pass. There are other ways to support Haiti

  • I’m glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t know who the F* most of these people are. Getting old sucks.

    • i thought i was doing rather well in my curmudgeonly fogey-ness, but i could name everyone in the vid except for the two pretty ladies singing about halfway through.

  • Dannie22

I enjoyed the video. It was interesting to see Barbara Streisand in the video near Snoop Dogg. Hope fully there will be a live-aid type concert for Haiti sometime in the future
